Fit Check

Guide · 2 minutes · a tape or a ruler

Three numbers.
That's the whole system.

Everything on Fit Check is anchored to one body measurement per category. You don't have to measure — a size you already wear works too — but a measurement is the most precise anchor there is.

02 — T-shirts & tops

Chest

CHEST
  1. 1.Arms relaxed at your sides, breathing normally.
  2. 2.Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits.
  3. 3.Keep it level across your back and snug, not tight.
Use it → T-shirts

03 — Trousers & jeans

Waist

WAIST
  1. 1.Find your natural waist — where your trousers actually sit.
  2. 2.Wrap the tape around it, one finger's width of slack.
  3. 3.Read the number where the tape meets its zero end.
Use it → Trousers

Good to know

Measure late in the day
Feet swell a little by evening — that's the size your shoes need to fit.
Wear what you'd wear
Socks for sneakers, a thin tee for chest. Not a jacket.
Round to the half
Half a centimetre is the step most footwear charts use.
Between two sizes?
Every brand page shows the gap in cm, so you can see which way you lean.
